Do you only work in Cali?

No. We meet in person at our office in Cali and online from anywhere in Colombia, and we travel to other cities when a case requires it.

How do I book a consultation?

You can message us on WhatsApp, call us or leave your details in the contact form. We work by appointment, Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What should I bring to the first consultation?

The documents related to your case: contracts, letters, notices, payslips or correspondence from the authority involved. If you do not have all of them, we can still start guiding you.

Do you work with companies, individuals, or both?

Both. We support companies in their labor and business operations, and individuals in labor, social security, family and estate matters.

How do I follow the progress of my case?

Our clients have access to the My Cases portal, where they can check the status and documents of their case through private access.

Labor Reform: Law 2466 of 2025 Is Now in Force

In force since June 25, 2025, Law 2466 is the most significant modernization of Colombia’s Labor Code in decades. Here are the changes that most affect businesses:

Working hours

Maximum working hours reached their final stage: 42 hours per week since July 15, 2026 (Law 2101 of 2021), following the gradual phase-down from the original 48 hours.

Fixed-term contracts

Can no longer be renewed indefinitely: the new maximum limit is 4 years.

Sunday & holiday surcharges

Rising gradually: 80% since July 2025, 90% since July 2026 (currently in force), and 100% since July 2027.

Night shift

Now begins at 7:00 p.m. instead of 10:00 p.m.
